Tropical Fun provides premium beach entertainment services including:

• Tropical cocktail bar services with fresh fruit beverages
• Water sports activities and equipment rental
• Beach wellness programs and yoga sessions
• Inflatable water toy rentals and supervision
• Tropical cuisine and healthy food options
• Professional instruction for various beach activities

3.1 Age Requirements

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Alcohol service is strictly limited to guests 18 years and older with valid identification.

3.2 Health and Safety

All guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in water activities. We recommend consulting with medical professionals before engaging in strenuous beach activities.

3.3 Conduct Standards

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other visitors. Tropical Fun reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals who violate our community standards.

4.1 Reservations

Advanced booking is recommended, especially during peak season (December through March). Reservations can be made through our contact form, phone, or email.

4.2 Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods. Group bookings may require advance deposit.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled activities will receive full refund. Weather-related cancellations initiated by Tropical Fun will receive full refund or rescheduling options.

5.1 Activity Risks

Beach and water activities carry inherent risks. Guests participate at their own risk and acknowledge understanding of potential hazards associated with tropical beach environments.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Tropical Fun's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of personal property, or damages resulting from weather conditions or natural events.

5.3 Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend guests maintain appropriate travel and health insurance coverage during their visit to Gold Coast.

All content, logos, designs, and materials associated with Tropical Fun are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Guests may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

As part of our commitment to sustainable tourism, guests are expected to follow environmental guidelines including proper waste disposal, reef-safe sunscreen usage, and respect for local marine life.

Tropical Fun shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
